Our MOQ is 72 units per flavor for BBQ Seasoning, Hot Pepper Sauce, and BBQ Sauce.

No, our MOQ requirement is for 72 units of one product type with one label design. We cannot accommodate multiple label designs for the same flavor within the MOQ.

Unfortunately, no. The MOQ applies to each individual flavor. You cannot mix and match flavors to reach the minimum order quantity.

We apologize, but we cannot make exceptions to the 72-unit MOQ at this time. This minimum quantity allows us to maintain efficient production processes and offer competitive pricing.

Yes, you can cancel your order, but there is a limitation on the timeframe. We can only process order cancellations if your labels haven't been printed and applied on your products. Once labels are applied, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@successseasonings.com. The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of catching your order before it goes into production.

Unfortunately, no. Once you approve your label design and placed an order, it signifies your final approval of the entire process. We recommend carefully reviewing all order details, including shipping and your custom label, before granting final approval. Changes requested after label approval, including the shipping method or label design, may incur additional costs, including potential label re-printing fees.

To ensure a smooth and efficient fulfillment process, please thoroughly review your custom label design and all other order details, including the chosen shipping method, before granting your final approval. If you identify a mistake before approving the label, please contact us immediately at sales@successseasonings.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We understand! We offer samples of all our products on our website. You can purchase these samples to try the flavors before placing a larger order.

Label Design and Printing

We don't currently offer in-house label design services. However, we have a recommended artists who can create custom labels for your BBQ products.

You will work directly with the artist for your label design. They will handle the payment process for their design services.

Yes! We are happy to print and apply your custom labels to your order free of charge. While we don't offer in-house design services, we can handle the label printing and application process for you.

Absolutely! We can print and apply your custom label to your chosen BBQ products free of charge. Before finalizing your design, please contact us at sales@successseasonings.com to ensure your label meets our size requirements and file format specifications. This will help avoid any delays in processing your order.

UPC codes are essential for selling your products in most retail stores. We recommend obtaining a UPC code from GS1 (globally recognized standards organization) to ensure your code is valid and accepted by retailers. Shipping & Returns

  • UPS Ground Shipping (Standard): This is our most economical and reliable option.
  • LTL Shipments: We offer free shipping for shipments exceeding 275 lbs via Less Than Truckload (LTL) carriers. This service is available for commercial addresses with loading/unloading docks. Residential addresses that lack loading/unloading docks, additional charges may apply for LTL shipments. Please contact us for a quote on residential delivery or for any inquiries about LTL shipments.
  • Customer Preferred Carrier and Method: We understand you may have specific needs. If you prefer a different carrier or method (e.g., USPS, FedEx, expedited shipping), please contact us before your label approval to discuss any additional costs.
  • After your label design is approved, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and packing your order. Following shipment, delivery times will vary depending on the chosen method:
  • UPS Ground Shipping (Standard): 3-5 business days for most locations.
  • Customer Preferred Carrier and Method: Delivery timeframe will vary based on the selected carrier and method. You will be provided with an estimated timeframe upon confirmation.
  • Yes, you will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped, regardless of the chosen method. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery.

    We recommend a suggested retail price range of $9.99 - $11.99 for your products. This price point is based on our understanding of the market for similar high-quality BBQ products and should allow you to be competitive while maintaining healthy profit margins.
