Due to the perishable nature of our food items and the customization options for labels, all sales are final.

We understand that sometimes things might not go as planned, so we do make exceptions for damaged or incorrect items.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for the item(s) in question.
