Processing Time

We take pride in creating and printing custom labels for your order. After your label design is approved, please allow us up to 2 weeks to process and pack your order.

Shipping Methods

  • UPS Ground Shipping (Standard): This is our most economical and reliable option.
  • LTL Shipments: We offer free shipping for shipments exceeding 275 lbs via Less Than Truckload (LTL) carriers. This service is available for commercial addresses with loading/unloading docks. Residential addresses that lack loading/unloading docks, additional charges may apply for LTL shipments. Please contact us for a quote on residential delivery or for any inquiries about LTL shipments.
  • Customer Preferred Carrier and Method: We understand you may have specific shipping needs. If you prefer a different carrier or method (e.g. USPS, FedEx, expedited shipping), please contact us at sales@successseasonings.com at the time your label is approved. We will work with you to determine any additional costs associated with your preferred option.

Estimated Delivery Times

UPS and USPS Ground Shipping:

  • 5-7 business days for major areas
  • Contact us for your LTL shipment and get an estimated arrival date

Customer Preferred Carrier and Method:

Delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and method you select. We will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe once your shipping method is confirmed.

Tracking Information

You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped, regardless of the chosen method. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are currently only shipping within the United States.
  • Additional charges may apply for customer-preferred shipping options.
  • You are responsible for any changes requested to your order after label approval, including changes to the shipping method.

Important Note: Final Approval Means Final Order

Once you approve your label design, it signifies your final approval of the entire order, including the chosen shipping method and custom label design. Please carefully review all order details, including shipping and your custom label, before granting final approval. We cannot accommodate changes to your order, including the shipping method or label design, after you have approved the label. You will be responsible for any additional costs associated with changes requested after label approval, including potential label re-printing fees.
